- Tickets not redeemed on the date of reservation will be valid for use for the same service on any available schedule within 90 days.
- Guest will be responsible for any difference in tour price.
- Refunds will only be available for unused tickets, refund requests must be made within 15 days of originally scheduled date of use.

- All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars and include the 5% Goods and Services Tax.
